Job summary

Home Helpers of Carmel and Greater Indianapolis is seeking compassionate Caregivers to provide one-on-one, in-home care for seniors throughout Greater Indianapolis. You’ll deliver support that helps clients remain safe and independent at home, with flexible schedules and meaningful training.

Beyond competitive pay up to $21.50/hr, the role offers a caregiver referral bonus, a rewards program, time off after one year, and 24/7 local support to help you thrive in your caregiving journey.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Reliable personal vehicle.
• Comfortable working in homes with pets.
• Experience as a Caregiver is preferred, but compassionate individuals with transferable service experience are welcome.
