CareBuilders at Home in Carmel IN is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver (Weekdays) to join our team of caregivers serving clients in Indianapolis, Indiana. You will provide non-medical support to elderly and non-medical clients, helping with daily living activities and creating a safe, comfortable environment for them to thrive.

The role runs Monday to Friday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., with training and ongoing support to ensure success.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical care and assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
• Engage in conversations, play games, and participate in hobbies with clients to promote socialization and mental stimulation
• Monitor clients' physical and emotional well-being, reporting any changes or concerns to the care team
• Establish and maintain effective communication with clients, families, and care team members
• Maintain accurate records of client care and services provided
