Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare of Northern Indianapolis is hiring caregivers to provide compassionate in-home care in Carmel, IN. You will offer companionship, light personal care, meal prep, and household assistance to clients in their own homes. Our team values empathy, trust, and dedicated, client-centered support.

We provide ongoing training, a supportive culture, and opportunities for growth. Evening and daytime shifts are available with competitive hourly pay and overtime for holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in home care or caregiving settings preferred.
• Ability to provide compassionate, person-centered support at clients' homes.
• Strong communication with clients and families, and accurate report keeping.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development.

• Provide warm, personalized care in clients' homes, including companionship, social engagement, bathing, dressing, light hygiene support, light housekeeping, laundry, meal prep, medication reminders, and building trusting relationships with clients and their families

• Demonstrate professional integrity, kindness, and empathy in all interactions with clients, families, and colleagues

• Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to agency policies and procedures

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
