Job summary

Stand Out Home Care in Southeast Idaho seeks compassionate in-home caregivers to support clients in their homes. You will follow care plans, provide daily living assistance, and offer companionship while maintaining client privacy and dignity.

No nursing degree is required; training is provided. Pay ranges $14–$16 per hour with weekly pay, and positions available for full-time and part-time schedules across Southeast Idaho.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation to client homes.
• Ability to complete required background screening.
• Willingness to complete training and follow client care plans.
• Smartphone for clocking in and out.
• Respect for client privacy and personal choices.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

• Preparing meals and helping with daily routines
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Companionship, conversation, and encouragement
• Documenting care and communicating concerns to your supervisor
