Qualifications

• Ability to meet Idaho background screening and employment requirements.
• Previous caregiving experience preferred, but welcomed for those with a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and meaningful conversation.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care.
• Prepare meals and provide nutritional support.
• Assist mobility and prevent falls.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Help with light housekeeping and laundry.
• Shop for groceries, run errands, and transport as authorized.
• Provide dementia care and other specialized care as trained.

What You'll Do

As an in-home caregiver, you'll help seniors and other individuals maintain their independence and quality of life by assisting with:

• Companionship and meaningful conversation
• Bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care
• Meal preparation and nutritional support
• Mobility assistance and fall prevention
• Medication reminders
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Grocery shopping, errands, and transportation as authorized
• Dementia care and other specialized care needs based on your training and experience

Previous caregiving experience is preferred, but we also welcome individuals with a passion for helping others. Experience caring for a family member, working with seniors, or supporting individuals with disabilities is valuable.
