Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a caring Caregiver in Thousand Oaks, CA to provide hands-on support and build meaningful relationships with residents. You will follow ISP, assist with daily activities, promote safety and independence, and contribute to a warm, welcoming living environment.

Responsibilities include helping with dining, documenting changes, and engaging residents in conversations and activities. Paid training, career growth, and benefits are offered.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred or ability to obtain.
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.
• Experience in caregiving or mature patient interaction is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss
