Sunrise Senior Living in California is seeking a caring Caregiver to provide hands-on support with daily living activities, follow ISP, and help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for residents.

You will engage residents through conversation and activities, assist with dining, and collaborate with families and care leaders to ensure quality of life. Paid training, opportunities for advancement, and comprehensive benefits are included to help you grow with Sunrise.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow ISP and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
