Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Caregiver in California to provide hands-on daily living assistance and build meaningful relationships with residents. You will support activities of daily living, follow care plans, and help maintain a safe, dignified, and welcoming environment.

The role includes engaging residents in conversations, assisting with dining, and collaborating with families and care leaders, with opportunities for paid training and career growth.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, reliable caregiver with strong communication.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.

Responsabilités

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss
