Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Thousand Oaks, CA is hiring a full-time Caregiver to provide hands-on personal care, assist with activities of daily living, and engage residents in meaningful activities. You will follow ISP plans, promote safety and dignity, and support dining services.

Strong communication with families and the care team is essential, with specialized care for memory care residents. Requirements include a High School Diploma/GED, 18+ years, and CPR/First Aid (or ability to obtain).

Qualifications

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities
