Job summary

Family Support Services of North Florida seeks a Family Resource Advocate to provide intensive in-home support for caregivers and children. You will manage a caseload, assist with training, and help families access community resources to promote safe, stable placements.

The role requires a 4-year degree in a human services field, a driver's license, and strong communication skills. Collaborative work with partners and ongoing family support are central to the position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Human Services related field from an accredited program.
• 3-4 years of experience with high-risk children and families; experience with parenting programs preferred.
• Valid driver's license; child welfare certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home supports to caregivers of children in their care.
• Stabilize and intervene with challenging youth and assist with resources.
• Assist with placement stabilizations and system navigation.
• Coordinate with partners and access community resources.
• Maintain FRA tracker and document client contacts.
