Home Matters Caregiving is seeking caregivers to provide compassionate in-home care in the Houston area. You will perform essential tasks to support clients with daily living activities and safety within client homes.

We emphasize caregiver growth and relationship building, with a team-oriented culture and opportunities to expand services across Texas. Competitive pay and weekly pay are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have at least 1 year of caregiving experience with the senior population
• Must have sufficient communication and language skills to effectively perform duties

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Execute client care plans and document daily activities
• Assist clients with activities of daily living

REQUIREMENTS

• Schedule: Consistent and flexible shifts
• Experience: One year of formal caregiving experience in senior care

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Able to lift 50 lbs. using safe, ergonomic movements
• Able to stand, walk, reach, crouch, use hands and fingers
• Able to talk, hear and see
• Physically and mentally able to drive a vehicle

COMPENSATION

• Job Type: Full-time/Part-time
• Pay: Starting at $13-$17/hr, - pay range reflects caregiver experience and client care requirements.
