Job summary

Home Matters Caregiving is seeking compassionate caregivers to support seniors in their homes across the Houston area. The role emphasizes delivering high-quality client care, daily living assistance, and reliable companionship.

You will execute care plans, assist with daily activities, and help maintain a safe, clean home environment. Must have at least 1 year of caregiving experience and be at least 21 years old. This is a non-exempt, hourly position with flexible shifts.

• Must have at least 1 year of caregiving experience with the senior population.
• Must have sufficient communication and language skills to effectively perform duties.

Responsibilities

• Execute client care plans and document daily activities.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Provide clients with household assistance: food preparation, monitoring home safety, laundering, light housekeeping.
• Provide clients with personal care assistance: hygienic care, mobility assistance, medication assistance, companionship.
