Home Matters Caregiving is seeking caregivers passionate about client care and relationship building in the Houston area. The role focuses on delivering high-quality in-home care while growing with a team that values both caregivers and clients.

We emphasize caregiver growth and a supportive culture. Responsibilities include executing care plans, daily activity documentation, and providing daily living and personal care support to clients in homes and communities across Southeast Houston.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age (some exceptions may apply).
• Must have at least 1 year of caregiving experience with the senior population.
• Must have sufficient communication and language skills to effectively perform duties.

Responsibilities

• Execute client care plans and document daily activities.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Provide clients with household assistance: food preparation, monitoring home safety, laundering, light housekeeping.
• Provide clients with personal care assistance: hygienic care, mobility assistance, medication assistance, companionship.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Able to lift 50 lbs. using safe, ergonomic movements
