Job summary

Home Matters Caregiving is seeking a compassionate caregiver to support seniors in clients' homes around the Houston area. You will follow care plans, provide personal care and companionship, assist with daily living tasks, and document activities to ensure high-quality care.

We value growth and offer flexible full-time or part-time schedules, with weekly pay and referral bonuses. Starting pay is $12–$13 per hour, depending on experience and location.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of caregiving experience with seniors.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Sufficient communication and language skills to perform duties.

Responsibilities

• Execute client care plans and document daily activities.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Provide clients with household assistance: food preparation, monitoring home safety, laundering, light housekeeping.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be at least 21 years of age (some exceptions may apply)
• Must have at least 1 year of caregiving experience with the senior population
• Must have sufficient communication and language skills to effectively perform duties

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Execute client care plans and document daily activities
• Assist clients with activities of daily living
• Provide clients with household assistance: food preparation, monitoring home safety, laundering, light housekeeping
• Provide clients with personal care assistance: hygienic care, mobility assistance, medication assistance, companionship

REQUIREMENTS:

• Schedule: Consistent and flexible shifts
• Experience: One year of formal caregiving experience in senior care

JOB RELATIONSHIPS:

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Able to lift 50 lbs. using safe, ergonomic movements
