Family First At Home, a licensed home care agency in Washington State, seeks a Home Care Scheduler/Caregiver Manager to supervise scheduling, support, and caregiver development. You will pair caregivers with clients, mentor staff, and ensure high-quality in-home care.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in healthcare care coordination, client management, or related role with transferrable skills preferred.
• Proficiency in using healthcare management software preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License and vehicle insurance with clean DMV record required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule Caregivers with clients, ensuring compatibility of skills and care needs.
• Communicate with Client Success Manager and clients/families about scheduling updates.
• Monitor staffing statistics to increase client hours and manage overtime.
