The Springs at Bozeman is hiring compassionate people to build lasting relationships with our residents in Bozeman, MT. Join a fun, rewarding environment in Memory Care and Assisted Living.

Caregivers provide daily living support, companionship, and help with activities; pre-employment background checks are required and prior senior-care experience is preferred but not required. Full-time, Sunday-Thursday day shift from 6am.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass pre-employment criminal background and drug screening.
• Genuine appreciation for seniors and willingness to learn.
• Prior experience providing care to seniors preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supporting residents with activities of daily living in Memory Care and Assisted Living.
• Providing warmth, companionship and patience to support residents' physical and mental health.

• Full Time, Sunday-Thursday
