Stand Out Home Care is growing across Tennessee and we’re looking for experienced, dependable caregivers who are ready to make a difference. We provide personalized in-home care helping clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent at home. We serve private-pay clients as well as VA/CHOICES programs.

We offer $16.00–$17.50/hour with weekly pay and flexible full-time or part-time schedules. PTO begins after 30 days, 90-day performance eval, and insurance after 60 days, plus opportunities to

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass screenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities.
• Bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care.
• Mobility, transfers and ambulation assistance.
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Medication reminders and companionship.
• Report changes in a client’s condition to the team.
