Stand Out Home Care is seeking experienced, dependable caregivers to provide personalized in-home care across Tennessee, helping clients stay safe, comfortable and independent at home. We offer consistent schedules, weekly pay, and opportunities for both full-time and part-time roles.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living, bathing, meal prep, mobility, light housekeeping, medication reminders, companionship, and reporting any changes to the team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have 2+ years of caregiving experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Dependable, professional and compassionate with strong communication.
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care.
• Mobility, transfers and ambulation assistance.
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Medication reminders and companionship.
• Report changes in client condition to the team.
