Job summary

Alliance Senior Care is seeking a compassionate, dependable recruiter to help recruit, interview, train, and support the caregivers who serve our clients in Southeast Michigan.

The role blends hands-on caregiving knowledge with office-based responsibilities, with ~80% office work and ~20% field work. You will work from our Bingham Farms office with regular travel throughout the service area.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional caregiving experience, preferably 1:1 senior care.
• Prior office or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational skills, and adaptability.
• Availability Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with on-call duties.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and connect with prospective caregivers.
• Conduct telephone screenings and in-office interviews.
• Assist with onboarding, orientations, and caregiver training.
• Introduce caregivers to clients and help ensure successful placements.
• Provide coaching and support to caregivers in the field.
• Coordinate coverage for call-offs and urgent staffing needs.
