Job summary

Alliance Senior Care in Southeast Michigan is seeking a compassionate, dependable professional to recruit, interview, train, and support the caregivers who serve our clients. This role blends caregiving knowledge with office duties and requires travel within the service area.

This unique position is approximately 80% office-based and 20% field-based, based from our Bingham Farms office with regular travel. Competitive pay and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional caregiving experience, preferably 1:1 senior care.
• Prior office or administrative experience preferred
• Strong communication, organizational skills, and willingness to adapt to changing needs
• Availability to work Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, and shared on-call duties.
• Must maintain a valid driver license, current car insurance and vehicle registration, and have a reliable personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and connect with prospective caregivers.
• Conduct telephone screenings and in-office interviews.
• Assist with onboarding, orientations, and caregiver training.
• Introduce caregivers to clients and help ensure successful placements
• Provide hands-on coaching and support to caregivers in the field.
• Help coordinate coverage for call-offs and urgent staffing needs.

Compensation
