Job summary

Alliance Senior Care is seeking a compassionate, dependable professional to recruit, interview, train, and support the caregivers who serve our clients in Southeast Michigan. For more than 18 years, Alliance Senior Care has provided compassionate, personalized in-home care to seniors.

This 80% office-based, 20% field role is based in our Bingham Farms office with regular travel throughout the service area. The position offers opportunities for advancement and a meaningful difference in the lives

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional caregiving experience, preferably 1:1 senior care.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Office or administrative experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and connect with prospective caregivers.
• Conduct telephone screenings and in-office interviews.
• Assist with onboarding, orientations, and caregiver training.
• Introduce caregivers to clients and help ensure successful placements.
• Provide hands-on coaching and support to caregivers in the field.
• Help coordinate coverage for call-offs and urgent staffing needs.

What You'll Do

This unique position combines your hands-on caregiving knowledge with office-based responsibilities.

This position is approximately 80% office-based and 20% field-based. You will work from our Bingham Farms office with regular travel throughout the service area.

What you bring

• 2+ years of professional caregiving experience, preferably 1:1 senior care.
• Prior Office or administrative experience preferred
• Strong communication, organizational skills, and willingness to adapt to changing needs
• Availability to work Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, and shared on-call duties.
• Must maintain a valid driver license, current car insurance and vehicle registration, and have a reliable personal vehicle.

Compensation

$21-$24 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
