Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Special Needs Caregivers to work one-on-one with individuals with Intellectual or Developmental Disabilities in home and community settings. You will provide personal care, accompany clients to errands, and engage in activities to support their goals.

Qualifications

• One year experience working with I/DD individuals; apprentice program may be available.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance (dressing, grooming).
• Accompany clients on errands and appointments.
• Spend time on the client’s hobbies and activities.
• Assist with everyday tasks, such as meal preparation.
• Participate in community integration activities.

BAYADA is urgently hiring Special Needs Caregivers in the following locations:

• Ephrata
• New Holland
• Lititz
• Manheim
• and throughout Lancaster County, PA!

Job Responsibilities for Caregivers - Special Needs:

• You will provide personal care assistance (dressing, grooming)

Qualifications for Caregivers - Special Needs:
