Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Caregivers - Special Needs to support clients in Lancaster County, PA and surrounding areas. The role focuses on personal care, companionship, and community integration in a compassionate home-based setting.

The position offers weekly pay ($18–$19/hr), PTO, flexible scheduling, and access to a 24/7 on-call clinical manager for support. Training may be available through our apprentice program.

Qualifications

• One year experience working with I/DD individuals; training may be available through our apprentice program.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• You will provide personal care assistance (dressing, grooming).
• You will accompany clients on errands and appointments.
• You will spend time on the client's favorite hobbies and activities.
• You will assist with everyday tasks, such as meal preparation.
• You will participate in community integration activities.
