Job summary

Comfort Keepers in Albuquerque area is hiring compassionate caregivers to assist seniors with daily living at home, including bathing, dressing, meal prep, and mobility support.

Join our team for ongoing training, flexible scheduling, and bi-weekly pay as you help clients maintain independence and safety in their own homes.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age
• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience in geriatrics or caregiving preferred
• Dependable cellphone and service
• Reliable transportation and willing to travel to client homes
• U.S. Driver's License, insurance, and registration
• Clear background checks and references
• Eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Develop meaningful relationships with clients to enhance their quality of life.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members regarding client needs.
• Provide transportation to appointments and other activities.

• Document client progress and report changes to management.

Must satisfactorily complete Comfort Keepers training and orientation program. Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions and document services provided.
