Via Elegante Assisted Living and Memory Care in Sierra Vista, AZ is seeking a Full Time Certified Caregiver. You will provide compassionate care to seniors, assist with daily activities, monitor health, and support mobility and nutrition. The role offers competitive pay and benefits.

Requirements include Arizona Caregiver Certification, Fingerprint Clearance, and CPR/First Aid. Memory Care certification is preferred or can be provided by Via Elegante.

Qualifications

• Valid Arizona Caregiver Certification is required.

What we're looking for in a Certified Caregiver

To excel as a Certified Caregiver at Via Elegante in our Sierra Vista communities, you will need a combination of specialized skills and certifications. A valid Arizona Caregiver Certification is a state requirement for this role. In addition, a valid Fingerprint Clearance Card and an Arizona Memory Care Certification are also required. Your qualifications should also include a valid in-person CPR and First Aid Certification through the Red Cross or American Heart Association, along with proof of a negative TB test, which can also be facilitated by our team.

Success in this position hinges on your strong problem-solving skills and a compassionate approach to caregiving. Your ability to remain empathetic, efficient, and resourceful will greatly impact the well-being and quality of life for our residents.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

• Valid Arizona Caregiver Certification
• Valid Arizona Memory Care Certification (can be provided by Via Elegante)
• Valid in-person CPR and First Aid Certification Red cross or American Heart Association
• Proof of Negative TB Test (can be provided by Via Elegante)
• Strong problem-solving skills and a compassionate approach to caregiving
