Qualifications

• Arizona Caregiver Certification is a state requirement for this role.
• Fingerprint Clearance Card is required.
• Arizona Memory Care Certification (can be provided by Via Elegante).
• In-person CPR and First Aid Certification (Red Cross or American Heart Association).
• Proof of negative TB test is required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a compassionate approach to caregiving.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine health assessments and monitor vital signs.
• Assist with mobility and safety during transfers.
• Aid residents with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Provide compassionate end-of-life care to ensure peace and dignity.
