Griswold Home Care for Lehigh Valley is hiring compassionate caregivers for short shifts in the Northampton County area. We offer 2–3 hour shifts AM, Afternoon, and PM, with part-time or per diem options. Pay is $18 per hour, plus benefits and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must have a positive, compassionate attitude and excellent communication skills.
• At least 6+ months of caregiving experience.
• Validdriver'slicense & auto insurance (preferred) or reliable transportation.
• Able to pass background checks.
• Two professional references related to caregiving or work history.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate in-home caregiving to clients in Northampton County and surrounding areas.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed and monitor clients' well-being.
• Document care provided and communicate with clients and families.
• Support clients with mobility, hygiene, and companionship.
