Belmont Village Senior Living in the United States seeks a compassionate Caregiver to provide hands-on care in our Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. You will support residents with daily activities, promote independence, and deliver hospitality with empathy in a fast-paced setting.

No CNA license required, though licensed or trained caregivers are welcome. We value reliability, teamwork, and a growth mindset, offering training, benefits, and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English.
• Experience in caregiving and a compassionate, patient demeanor.
• Ability to perform activities of daily living and maintain resident safety.

Responsabilités

• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living to residents.
• Promote socialization and participation in activities while prioritizing safety.
• Document and report changes in residents’ condition to supervisors.
• Uphold standards of care, safety, cleanliness and regulatory compliance.
• Assist with toileting, hygiene and incontinence care as needed.
• Prioritize hospitality and resident satisfaction in every interaction.
