Job summary

Belmont Village Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to support residents in our Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. You will assist with Activities of Daily Living, monitor comfort, and deliver warm hospitality to residents and families, helping them thrive as they age.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Clear verbal and written English communication.
• Experience as a primary caregiver or relevant training.

Responsibilities

• Provide ADL assistance to residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care.
• Promote socialization and participation in community activities while prioritizing safety.
• Document and report changes to supervisors.
• Maintain high standards of care, safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance.
• Assist with toileting, hygiene and incontinence care as needed.
• Prioritize hospitality and resident satisfaction in interactions.
