Responsibilities

• Caregiver Scheduling: Schedule caregivers for resident shifts with coverage and handle last-minute changes.
• Staff Support: Guide caregivers, manage time-off requests and day-to-day concerns.
• Collaboration: Work with Housing Director and staff for smooth operations.
• Resident Care Coordination: Ensure residents' care needs are met with the caregiving team.
• Communication: Maintain clear updates with caregivers, residents, and families.
• Compliance: Ensure shifts comply with state, federal regulations and policies.
• Administrative Support: Assist Housing Director with reports and documentation.
