Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual English and Spanish.
• 2+ years of staffing, scheduling, service coordination, healthcare, home care, or related customer service experience.
• Experience in a phone-based environment requiring prioritization and real-time coordination.
• Advanced Microsoft 365 skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• Scheduling & Coverage Coordination: Coordinate caregiver schedules, ensure matching, continuous coverage, and timely responses.
• Client, Family & Caregiver Communication: Serve as primary contact with scheduling updates and service concerns.
• Service Coordination: Communicate client needs and caregiver availability for continuity of care.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Partner with recruiting, operations, and internal teams.
• Scheduling & Service Utilization Monitoring: Track schedules, hours, and staffing needs to identify gaps.
• Documentation & Operational Support: Maintain scheduling records and caregiver communications in systems.
