Job summary

Cedar Community in West Bend, WI is seeking a Caregiver / Resident Assistant (RA) to cover AM, PM, and NOC shifts. You will assist residents with daily living activities, promote dignity and independence, and foster a warm, respectful home environment for residents and their families.

The role offers weekly pay, competitive pay with shift differentials, annual wage increases, flexible scheduling, career growth, and tuition reimbursement. influenza vaccination is required with some exemptions.

AM Shift: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM

PM Shift: 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM

NOC Shift: 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM

Shift Differentials Available

• AM: +$2.00/hr (Saturday & Sunday)
• PM: +$5.00/hr (Mon–Fri) | +$7.00/hr (Sat–Sun)
• NOC: +$4.00/hr (Mon–Fri) | +$6.00/hr (Sat–Sun)
