Job summary

The Arbor Company’s Luxurious Assisted Living Community in Exton, PA is hiring a Caregiver to join their team. Multiple shifts from 7am–3pm and 3pm–11pm, with every other weekend required.

You will provide exceptional, personalized care to help seniors with activities of daily living and encourage social engagement. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental and vision insurance, 401K with employer matching, tuition assistance, PTO, and wellness resources.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to obtain the PA Direct Care Certificate.
• Minimum 6 months of previous work experience as a Caregiver, CNA, HHA, PCA, PCT, or DSP.
• Memory Care experience is a plus.

• Provide exceptional, personalized care to support seniors with daily living activities.
• Encourage residents to socialize and engage with each other to promote wellbeing.
