Job summary

Arbor Terrace Lakeway is seeking a Caregiver for full-time night shifts (10pm-6am) and weekend option shifts (2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am) at our Lakeway, TX community. You will provide individualized care and support daily living activities while fostering social engagement.

We offer competitive pay ($18-$20/hour), free meal for each shift, benefits, PTO, and growth opportunities. Certification is not required; 6+ months of caregiving experience preferred. Join The Arbor Company team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of caregiver, CNA, HHA, PCA, PCT, or DSP experience preferred.
• Memory Care experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care to residents to support activities of daily living.
• Encourage residents to socialize and engage with each other to keep spirits healthy.
• Create a safe environment where residents can thrive.

Full-time: 10pm-6am

Weekends Only: 2pm - 10pm & 10pm - 6am

Additional Compensation:

• Weekend Differential: Earn an additional $2.00/hour from Saturday at 6:00 AM through Monday at 6:00 AM (care staff positions only).

• Evening Shift Differential: Earn an additional $1.00/hour for 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM shifts (care staff positions only).
