Job summary

HomeWell Cares Services in Largo, FL is seeking a motivated Recruiter / Operations Assistant to manage caregiver recruitment and HR support for a growing home care team. This office-based role requires handling applications, pre-screens, and coordinating with Operations Leadership to meet client needs.

The ideal candidate will have two years of HR-related experience, strong communication skills, and a valid driver’s license with a reliable vehicle.

Qualifications

• Two years of related experience; knowledge of HR and health care preferred.
• Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, telephone etiquette, and interact effectively with diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Continually recruit caregivers to maintain pool of eligible and available caregivers.
• Create and post online job ads and source applicants from resume databases and social media.
• Attend and/or host job fairs and partner with local nursing assistant programs.
• Process applications and inquiries; conduct pre-screens and/or interviews with candidates.
