Job summary

HomeWell Cares Services in Largo, FL is seeking a Recruiter / Operations Assistant to build and maintain a pool of eligible caregivers. You will manage job ads, screen applicants, and support the HR and Operations teams on-site.

The ideal candidate has HR experience, strong communication, and organization. A valid driver's license and Florida background check are required; on-call duties may apply as the team scales.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Two years of related experience; knowledge of HR and health care preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, telephone etiquette, and ability to interact with diverse backgrounds.
• Exceptional organizational skills and follow-through, comfortable using various technologies.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with insurance.
• Active State of Florida Level 2 Background Check or able to pass one.
• Available for on-call duties outside normal office hours.

Responsibilities

• Continually recruit caregivers to maintain pool of eligible and available caregivers.
• Create and post online job ads.
• Source potential applicants on resume databases and social media sites.
• Attend and/or host job fairs.
• Partner with local nursing assistant programs.
• Promote the agency’s employee referral program to current caregivers.
• Process applications/employment inquiries.
• Conduct pre-screens and interviews; provide hiring recommendations to Operations Leadership.
