Right at Home Grand Rapids and Kalamazoo is seeking an energetic, relationship-driven recruiter to build a pipeline of qualified caregivers for Western Michigan. You will conduct final interviews, guide candidates through the hiring process from application to onboarding, and partner with Recruiting, Client Care, and Client Services teams to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting, interviewing, staffing, customer service, healthcare, home care, or related field.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to make sound decisions and assess candidates confidently.
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable discussing scheduling expectations, availability, and compensation.
• Experience in home care, healthcare, staffing, or caregiving is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build a pipeline of qualified caregivers for home care clients.
• Conduct final virtual and in-person interviews.
• Evaluate candidates based on experience, professionalism, reliability, and cultural fit.
• Extend same-day offers to qualified candidates.
• Communicate job expectations and next steps clearly; facilitate onboarding and orientation.
• Contribute to weekly orientation with caregivers at Grand Rapids or Kalamazoo locations.
• Partner with Client Care and Client Services to understand caregiver needs.
• Track new hires during the first 90 days to support retention.
