The Waters in Minnesota is hiring Resident Assistants and Nursing Assistants. The RA role involves providing daily living support, compassionate care, and strong customer service under a nurse's supervision. Training is provided, with opportunities for growth and ongoing benefits.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year nursing/resident assistant care experience in senior services preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak and follow verbal directions in English.

• Compassion for hospitality, service, and excellence in senior care.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Flexible with hours and shift schedules.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning and transferring.
• Assist residents in dining.
• Perform homemaking tasks.
• Report changes in health status and update the care plan as needed.
• Complete thorough daily charting.
• Collaborate with team to deliver The Waters Way.

Unlicensed Resident Assistants wage range is $17-$19/hr based on experience

Nursing Assistant/Registered wage is $18/hr and higher based on experience

Responsibilities

The Caregiver, or Resident Assistant (RA) provides a variety of services to maintain and support activities of daily living for our residents under the supervision of a Nurse. The RA is responsible for providing strong customer service, utilizing courtesy, dignity, and respect in all of the following responsibilities:

• Provides personal care services including: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, and other care as designated
• Assist residents in dining
• Provides homemaking tasks
• Responds to and reports changes in resident's health status and/or any recommendations for changes that should be made to the resident plan of care
• Completes thorough daily charting
