Heritage Village in Gainesville, VA, managed by LCS, is seeking an experienced Quality of Life Specialist (QLS) to support memory care residents with compassionate, hospitality-focused care. The role includes assisting with personal care tasks, monitoring residents’ well-being, and promoting a warm, engaging environment for seniors and their families.

Require Virginia CNA license with availability for day/evening/night shifts; full-time schedule; pay $16.00–$18.00/hour based on experience.

Formación

Virginia CNA license is required.
Hospitability-focused experience or background preferred.

Responsabilidades

Assist residents with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming.
Support memory care residents with daily activities and comfort.
Monitor health indicators and report changes per policy.

Responsible for various resident care activities and related nonprofessional services essential to caring for personal needs and comfort of Memory Care residents. Assist all residents/clients with a high quality of personal care, including but not limited to; bathing, dressing, grooming, shaving, incontinent care, foot care, vital signs, height and weight checks per policy.
