Heritage Village in Gainesville, VA, managed by LCS, is seeking an experienced Quality of Life Specialist (QLS) to support memory care residents with compassionate, hospitality-focused care. The role includes assisting with personal care tasks, monitoring residents’ well-being, and promoting a warm, engaging environment for seniors and their families.

Require Virginia CNA license with availability for day/evening/night shifts; full-time schedule; pay $16.00–$18.00/hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Virginia CNA license is required.
• Hospitability-focused experience or background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming.
• Support memory care residents with daily activities and comfort.
• Monitor health indicators and report changes per policy.
