Job summary

The Delaney at Georgetown Village is seeking a Certified Medication Aide to join our team in Georgetown, TX. This part-time role offers weekend doubles and benefits including health, dental, vision, and more.

You will assist residents with medication administration and personal care, while responding to call lights and emergencies in a supportive community setting. Qualifications include a Medication Assistance Certification; prior caregiving experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Medication Assistance Certification required.
• Experience with geriatric care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with medication administration per Care Plan/ISP.
• Assist with personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, shaving, incontinent care, foot care; monitor vital signs and height/weight.
• Respond to call lights and emergencies promptly.
• Support Heartfelt Connections Program activities.

Highlights of the Caregiver Position:

• Assist residents as assigned with a high quality of medication administration assistance per individual Care Plan/ISP as directed by physician orders.
• Assist with personal care, bathing, dressing, grooming, shaving, incontinent care, foot care, vital signs, height and weight checks.
• Utilize on an on-going basis each day all aspects of special programs offered in Heartfelt Connections Program.
• Respond to all call lights and emergencies in a timely manner.
