Job summary

Vitality Living Seabrook at Murrells Inlet is seeking a Caregiver/Personal Care Specialist to support residents with daily activities and comfort. You will follow service plans and work with the Wellness Director to provide compassionate care in a warm community.

The role requires 18+ years old, English communication, and any state certifications. We offer PRN and 401k benefits and an equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Maintain any certification as required by state or provincial regulations.
• Meet state or provincial health related requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities, simple treatments, and emotional health and/or problem behavioral issues as indicated in service plans
• Assist in development and revision of service plans by informing supervisor of current resident needs and preferences, as well as successful service approaches
• Observe and report resident problems to LPN (if on duty) or Medication Tech/Aid
• Attend and participate in onboarding, annual and in-service training and team member meetings, as requested
• Perform other duties as assigned by Wellness Director
