Job summary

Vitality Living in Miami is seeking a caring and reliable Caregiver for the Oasis at Coral Reef community. You will support residents with daily activities, basic treatments, and emotional well-being, following individualized care plans.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Maintain any certification as required by state regulations.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities, simple treatments, and emotional health and/or behavioral issues as indicated in service plans.
• Assist in development and revision of service plans by informing supervisor of current resident needs and preferences, as well as successful service approaches.
• Observe and report resident problems to LPN (if on duty) or Medication Tech/Aid.
• Attend onboarding, annual and in-service training and team member meetings, as requested.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Wellness Director.
