Job summary

At Peace Healthcare Agency in the Waynesboro area seeks compassionate Caregiver / PCA to provide non-medical, in-home support to clients, helping them maintain dignity and independence.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of personal care experience preferred
• Experience as a Caregiver, PCA, HHA, Home Health Aide, or similar role is a plus
• Proof of current TB testing required
• Must be physically able to perform the essential duties of the position
• Must have reliable transportation
• If transporting clients, must have a valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be mature, caring, punctual, and dependable
• Must successfully pass required criminal background and fingerprint checks

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Caregiver / Personal Care Assistant, you will provide compassionate, non-medical support to clients in their homes.

Your responsibilities may include:

Personal Care

• Bathing and grooming
• Toileting and incontinence care
• Dressing and personal hygiene
• Assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)

Home & Daily Living Support
