Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency in Arlington, VA is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to provide hands-on support to residents, enhance quality of life, and build meaningful relationships.

You will assist with ADLs, follow ISP plans, promote safety and dignity, and engage residents in conversation and activities, including memory care support.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and personal care.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity and independence for residents.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care team members.
• Create enriching experiences for Memory Care residents with memory loss.

• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
