Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Caregiver (Personal Care Assistant) to support residents at Sunrise at Bluemont Park in Arlington, VA. This full-time role provides hands-on personal care and helps residents stay engaged and safe.

You will assist with daily activities, follow care plans, and contribute to a warm, dignified environment while communicating with families and care teams.

Formación

• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain it.
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and personal care.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence; engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders; create enriching experiences in Memory Care where applicable.
