Job summary

Elara Caring is hiring a Caregiver Personal Care Aide (PCA) in Branson, MO. Earn $15.00-$17.50 per hour with a $250 sign-on bonus after 150 hours worked and 90 days of employment. Daily pay is available.

You’ll provide personal care, assist with mobility and daily living activities, prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and offer companionship to improve quality of life and safety at home.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• At least six months of experience providing care to elderly or disabled individuals.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes.
• Ability to lift, stand, bend, and assist clients as needed (up to 50 pounds).

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, and hygiene.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and daily living activities.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
• Perform housekeeping, laundry, and household tasks.

As a Caregiver, you’ll contribute to our success in the following ways:

• Provide personal care support, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene assistance
