Job summary

Thrive Support Services, Inc. is seeking a Caregiver / Personal Attendant to provide compassionate care for individuals with developmental disabilities in Pleasant Hill and Concord. This role supports daily living activities, independence, and community participation.

We offer full-time or part-time positions with pay of $19.00-$24.00 per hour and a $600 hiring bonus. Applicants must have 1 year of caregiving experience, CA driver license, reliable vehicle, ability to lift 50 lbs, and pass

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of caregiving or in-home aide experience.
• Must be able to pass DOJ fingerprinting and background checks.
• Must have CPR/First Aid certification and TB test result.
• Must hold a valid California Driver License and have access to a vehicle.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and provide hands-on care including bathing and dressing.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities: dressing, grooming, meals, and medication administration.
• Support independence and accompany clients on community activities.
• Perform light housekeeping and ensure safety during tasks.

We have Immediate Client Needs For Full-Time Candidates Ready To Work ASAP.

Pay: $19.00-$24.00 per hour

Hiring Bonus: $600 hiring bonus ($200 after the first full week working with clients and $400 after the completion of 90 days).

Thrive Support Services, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Caregiver / Personal Attendant to provide compassionate care and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities. This rewarding role involves empowerment through helping with daily tasks and fostering independence.

Caregiver / Personal Attendant Responsibilities

The Caregiver / Personal Attendant will support our developmentally disabled clients with their daily living activities such as dressing, grooming, meal planning and preparation, medication administration and community outing. Other duties will include light housekeeping.

Caregiver / Personal Attendant Qualifications

• At least one (1) year experience working as a caregiver or in-home aide, preferably with adults with developmental disabilities
• High level of accountability and dependability
• Must be able to provide hands-on care and support including bathing, dressing, changing depends, assist with medication, etc
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Must have a valid California Driver License
• Must have access to reliable vehicle
• Must be able to pass DOJ fingerprinting/criminal background check
• Must be able to obtain CPR/First Aid certification
• Must be able to obtain TB test result
• Must have valid auto insurance with $100,000-$300,000 bodily injury liability insurance
