Qualifications

• At least one year of caregiver or in-home aide experience.
• Must lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must have a valid California Driver License and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Must pass DOJ background check and obtain CPR/First Aid certification.
• Must obtain TB test result and maintain insurance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities including dressing, grooming, meal planning and preparation, medication administration, and community outings.
• Provide light housekeeping and maintain a clean, safe living environment for clients.
• Support independence and empower clients through compassionate, patient-centered care.
