Requirements
  • Must be authorized to work in the US.
  • Preferred at least 2 years of experience as a PCA.
  • Possess a PCA or CNA certification.
  • Vaccinated or unvaccinated candidates are welcome (proof required before seeing a client).
  • Available for day shifts, flexible with hours, and willing to take short shifts.
Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring, and attending activities and meals, following the individual service plan.
  • Encourage residents to do as much self-care as possible.
  • Serve and assist with meal preparation and serving, following pre-planned menus.
  • Promote proper eating habits and hydration, respecting residents’ preferences, and report any changes in eating habits.
  • Participate in leisure activities, encourage socialization, and foster friendships among residents.
  • Maintain accurate and timely resident records, including medication logs, activity reports, incident reports, and health observations.
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and organized environment; perform general housekeeping and laundry duties.
  • Respond promptly and appropriately to emergency situations and resident requests.
